AnaTek produces reproduction dial covers from thermoplastic sheet using a vacuum forming process. As our dial cover business grows we will develop new molds for many applications adding to our standard product selection.
While our mold inventory grows we will reproduce your dial cover from an original or just a sketch of the opening and/or bezel. The ordering process for custom dial covers asks for the details on the size and shape that you need - an original is best, even if it is damaged. All dial covers are available in thicknesses of 0.020", 0.040", 0.060" and 0.080" and match the original shape. We can also supply PET-G thermoplastic in 12" X 12" squares in 0.020" and 0.040" thicknesses.
We supply the small rivets that are used to mount some dialcovers where appropriate. Our rivets are the correct size, brass with nickel plating.
NOTICE: If you send us your original cover for use in making a mold we will treat it with the utmost care and return it to you if you so request. However, occasionally an original is damaged in the mold making process. This does not occur often but it does happen. We cannot guarantee that your original cover will not be damaged.
